After having received 50% of the total amount as a deposit, we will return it countersigned as proof of the reservation. After your booking we will send you full information on how to make payment. The balance is to be paid at least four weeks prior to arrival. We suggest you to take out cancellation insurance. The use of the house, the pool and other properties are entirely at your own risk. We can't be held responsible for any accidents or damage. A 400 euros is required as a deposit for any possible damage on arrival day. Parents are responsable for their own children. The maximum of guests is 4 in Vega and 6 in Antarès. An occasionnal visit of your friends is possible during the day with our agreement, to preserve the privacy of everyone. The use of the swimming pools is for our guests only.Additional expenses, such as departure cleaning ( Vega 60 euros/Antarès 75 euros ) are payable upon leaving . Your holiday home will be at your disposal on the agreed date from 4.00 p.m.. You are kindly requested to leave it on the last day of your stay by 10.00 a.m.. Would you kindly adhere to these hours as much as possible.
