"Le Coderc" (sleeps 7/8)
Quite near Canta Peira but nevertheless completely independant and free (distance to Canta Peira, approx. 200 M.) you'll find the lovely detached holiday home 'Le Coderc'. It has been completely renovated and has a fenced private pool (9x5, 1,80 ) with wonderful panoramic view on the surrounding hills. Le Coderc sleeps 8. The house is very well and comfortabely decorated with on the ground floor: large cosy livingroom, woodstove, satelite TV and CD player, WC, bedroom with 2 simple beds, shower and wash basin. Also on the ground floor you'll find the well furnished kitchen/diner with stove and baking-oven, a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and table with 8 chairs. The second floor comprises of two bedrooms: one room with two single beds and wash basin, the other room with three single beds and a child's bed (please bring bedlinen for the child's bed). All bedrooms have single beds and single duvets. Linen is available for hire (€12 pp) or you can bring your own, the same goes for towels (€5 pp). On request we can supply you with another child's bed as well as a cot. High chair and a baby's tub are available. On the second floor you'll also find a bathroom with showercabin, bath, wash basin and seperate WC. In the enclosed garden (1500 m2) you'll find a BBQ, garden furniture and sunbeds at the pool.


Costs of final cleaning : € 50.
Heating: electrical central heating (300 kW are free) and wood stove. Prices include water, gaz and electricity (untill 300 kW).

The holidayhomes are rented on a weekly basis, from Sunday 16.00 hours till the next Sunday 10.00 hours. Please adhere to these hours as much as possible. If you make your reservations four weeks or less before your arrival date the full amount is required.
